A tall, pale building surrounded by a broken iron fence, this place used to house the city's most unstable minds. Spooky stories passed from ragdoll to ragdoll describe gloomy ghosts that wander the hallways, remembering the awful experiments performed upon the inmates there. Some rogues dare others to venture inside... only to never witness them coming back out.
