This is the permanent thread for the bi-monthly character spotlight!
What is this?
Basically, every two months on the first day, a round of characters will be chosen to represent their factions for the next two months. There will always be five winners, one for each faction: the Saviors, the Rogues, the Mark, the Traitors, and the Racketeers. There is no winner for the Loners - sorry! Only those who join a faction have the chance to win.
How are the winners chosen?
The first of every other month (ex: January 1, March 1, May 1), the staff members will get together and take a look at a variety of things - the number of threads each active character has participated in this term, the amount of posts, etc. The staff will agree on the winners via a private vote system.
What do we win?
The winners of each month will get awarded with an icon/headshot drawn by their faction leader/the owner of the faction leader. The leaders are played by the following:
Saviors - 1 (Negative)
Rogues - Columbine (Nicky)
Mark - Fable (Kite)
Racketeers - Normand (Sinner)
Traitors - The Fabricator (Annelle)
Winners will also be immortalized in this thread for all eternity, as well as have a nice little spotlight section on the right sidebar of every single forum page! This spotlight only lasts the two months.
Anyone can win - stitchpunks, machines, sentients.. anyone!
What keeps me from winning?
First off, your character HAS to be in a faction to win. No loners - sorry! There is little award for being a loner. Secondly, only one character owned by the same person can win - even if you have the most active characters in more than one faction!
Staff members will post a new thread every time the new winners are announced.
